HOW TO MEASURE
Please use a soft/flexible tape and measure the circumference of your Waist* (right where your belly button is) and choose the size accordingly.
This measurement works for both high waist and Low Waist Models.
SIZING NOTES:
Medical Grade Elastic can stretch from 2-5 inches depending on size during use.
Supported Waist Sizes considers the elasticity and recommends size accordingly.
