SIZING NOTES:
- Medical Grade Elastic can stretch from 2-5 inches depending on size during use.
- Supported Waist Sizes considers the elasticity and recommends size accordingly.
INBETWEEN SIZES:
- If you are inbetween sizes, we recommend that you size up for a comfortable fit.
STYLE CHOICE:
- For a extra firm support, try High Waist Model. This model also fits at the belly button.
- For a firm support, try Low Waist Model. This model fits 2-3 inches below the belly button.
